Skoda Octavia

I picked up a Skoda Octavia http://www.skoda-auto.co.in/ in June 08. Got it at a good deal at 6.25L for a 2003 version. The condition of the vehicle was amazing. Had visible marks of usage. The performance of the vehicle is awesome. Its always better to have a service done through an authorized garage immediately after buying a second hand car as its worth it keeping in mind all the problems that normally arise out of such cars during usage. The service costed me around 10k but when it came back after service, i should say that the guys at Gurudev Motors Chennai have done an excellent work. I have been using it for 8 months since then with zero issues. The vehicle gives me an average mileage of 16 - 18 kms in city and 20 - 21 kms on highways. I just love my car and this mean machine revs up to 6k rpm without any hassles and has a top speed of 160 kmph. What more can one ask for....
